how to purchase app on play store without declining

For those of you having problems with purchasing apps from Google Play store, i solved mine... My bank [Gtb] has been declining my request to add a payment option on play store (DCC)

HOW DID I DO IT? I just changed my billing address to usa with a fake usa number.. Poooof! It worked..

Click on settings ~country then fill thus.....

Save and goto play store... Click at top left corner, click on account then payment methods enter card details (any bank at all) after that the next will be to add a billing address choose the usa address...and put this number in number field +17026026256

Barcelona reveal €220 shirt sponsor deal

The Japanese Commerce giants have confirmed a four-year partnership with the Catalan club Barcelona will have a new name on the front of their jerseys from the start of the 2017-18 season with Rakuten becoming their new sponsor as part ofan initial four-year deal worth an estimated €220 million.Founded in 1997, Rakuten are the largest e Commerce company in Japan, and started expanding outside their home country in 2005 and are eager tofurther expand their worldwide reach through one of La Liga's biggest names.
As FC Barcelona’s Main Global Partner, Rakuten is set to power our global brand strategy and, as FCB’s first-ever Global Innovation and Entertainment Partner, we are looking to bring the collective power of our brands like Viber, Wuaki, Ebates, Kobo,and PriceMinister to build an innovation framework that will deliver innovative solutions and services to fans, members and players," said Hiroshi Mikitani, Chairman and CEO of Rakuten, Inc.Rakuten will replace Qatar Airways as the main sponsor of Barcelona, having taken on the role in 2013. Barcelona currently sit in second place in the Spanish top flight, just two points behind leaders Real Madrid after 11 games of the 2016-17 La Liga season.
